Cotton Hardscapes was established in 2022 after a need was identified for the services of a reliable and reputable construction landscaper within the community.

Owner, John Cotton brings a wealth of experience to Cotton Hardscapes having grown up working on the land and carving out a 20+ year career in earthmoving.

With a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces combined with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, Cotton Hardscapes strives to be the number one choice for property owners when it comes to landscape construction.

Hardscape landscaping simply put is the non-living elements of your outdoor space.

Plants, grass, trees, flowers and other living elements all fall under the category of softscape. Anything made of timber, stone, brick, concrete, metal or a non-living material is classified as hardscape.

The purpose of hardscaping is to create a functional and visually appealing outdoor environment that both complements the surrounding natural features, such as gardens or lawns but also offers a functional purpose such as to defining a boundary or shaping the land.

Hardscape elements can be used to mark out boundaries, create paths or seating areas, or provide a structural foundation for outdoor living areas such as kitchens, fire pits, or outdoor living rooms.
